Join us this Thursday as we hear from Dale Brumfield of Virginians Against the Death Penalty. You may remember his excellent presentation just over a year ago, when repealing the death penalty in Virginia sounded like an impossible dream. We are now close to final passage of the Governor's bill to repeal, carried in the House of Delegates by our own Mike Mullin. What a difference BLUE can make.  Dale will give us an inside look at how death penalty repeal went from pipe dream to reality  -- and what it will mean for Virginia. We'll also hear from Jess Sapalio about her work with the WJCC Coalition for Community Justice, a group dedicated to justice and equity for all people in every aspect of the criminal legal system.
