Historic Triangle Dems chicken dinner

Historic Triangle Dems Headquarters 113K Palace Lane, Williamsburg

Join us for an in-person or takeout dinner celebrating Black History Month wiith fried chicken boxes from Corey's Southern Catering. Each dinner has two pieces of fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans and a roll and costs $15 including tip.

We're delighted to host Connie Harshaw as our speaker for our monthly meeting. Connie  is president of the Let Freedom Ring Foundation, which is leading the efforts to preserve, conserve and protect the First Baptist Church historic sites, buildings, and historic artifacts and to educate the community about the history of Williamsburg’s first black church and the country’s oldest and continuously active black congregation. She retired from Federal government service after 30 years, serving as chief operating officer of the National Capital Planning Commission and negotiating site parameters for the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial in Washington, D.C.
